Szkoła Jogi Jo­gos­fera is a yoga stu­dio with over 25 years of ex­pe­ri­ence in teach­ing yoga, of­fer­ing class­es tai­lored to the needs of peo­ple with dif­fer­ent lev­els of ad­vance­ment and health con­di­tions. Thanks to in­ten­sive train­ing and many years of prac­tice, the stu­dio pro­vides con­di­tions con­ducive to find­ing health, well-being, and deep­er con­tact with the body.
