Ashtanga Yoga Wrocław combines the traditional Ashtanga method (according to the teachings of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois) with a modern approach to movement. In addition to the classic Mysore, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga classes, the school stands out with its offer of calisthenics training and handstands. The philosophy of the place is based on building a healthy body and mind through synchronizing movement with breath.
