Health-pro­mot­ing train­ing strength­ens back mus­cles, in­creas­es spinal mo­bil­i­ty and strength­ens the en­tire body. A spe­cial set of ex­er­cis­es loosens and re­lax­es the body, while re­lax­ing the mind, all to the rhythm of calm music.
