The stu­dio prac­tices Iyen­gar yoga, a teach­ing sys­tem ini­ti­at­ed by B.K.S. Iyen­gar, known for its pre­cise prin­ci­ples and dis­tinc­tive char­ac­ter­is­tics. For those be­gin­ning their yoga jour­ney, an In­tro­duc­to­ry Course Level I has been pre­pared. The Iyen­gar method is based on spe­cial se­quences of ex­er­cis­es adapt­ed to var­i­ous ail­ments, from the com­mon cold, through back pain and blood pres­sure prob­lems, all the way to de­pres­sion and chron­ic fa­tigue. The stu­dio uses spe­cial­ly de­signed props to sup­port the ex­er­cis­es, such as bench­es, chairs and bol­sters.
