The studio practices yoga using the Iyengar method, a teaching system founded by B.K.S. Iyengar, known for its precise principles and distinctive characteristics. For those beginning their yoga journey, a Beginner Level I Course has been prepared. The Iyengar method is based on special exercise sequences adapted to various ailments, from colds, through back pain and blood pressure problems, to depression and chronic fatigue. The studio uses specially designed props to support exercises, such as benches, chairs and rollers.
