Flow Stu­dio of­fers a holis­tic ap­proach to health and fit­ness, com­bin­ing knowl­edge from over 15 years of ex­pe­ri­ence in the in­dus­try. The stu­dio con­ducts class­es in yoga, pi­lates, stretch­ing, mo­bil­i­ty, dance, per­son­al and group train­ing, as well as pro­vid­ing di­etary and re­lax­ation sup­port. The staff pro­vides men­tal and phys­i­cal sup­port, tak­ing care of the safe­ty and com­fort of each par­tic­i­pant. The holis­tic ap­proach to move­ment makes the body, mind and soul feel light and free, sup­port­ing the ef­fec­tive achieve­ment of health goals.
