Stu­dio Man­dala of­fers a wide range of yoga prac­tices that com­bine work with the body, breath and en­er­gy. The offer in­cludes yoga class­es for chil­dren, in­ter­gen­er­a­tional yoga, aer­i­al yoga, fas­cial yoga (yin yoga), vinyasa and hatha yoga. The class­es are tai­lored to dif­fer­ent age groups and needs, and the prac­tice in­cludes asanas, pranaya­mas as well as re­lax­ation.
