A bou­tique train­ing stu­dio of­fer­ing small-group train­ing and in­di­vid­ual ses­sions led by pro­fes­sion­al in­struc­tors, phys­io­ther­a­pists and teach­ers. The stu­dio com­bines a holis­tic ap­proach to health with an in­ti­mate at­mos­phere, sup­port­ing both body and mind. It spe­cial­izes in "Ak­ty­w­na mama!" class­es ded­i­cat­ed to women dur­ing preg­nan­cy, after preg­nan­cy and those plan­ning preg­nan­cy, com­bin­ing yoga with ex­er­cis­es that ac­ti­vate weak­ened struc­tures, stretch­ing and breath­ing tech­niques. The stu­dio pro­vides a space for re­gen­er­a­tion, re­lax­ation and con­scious work on health at a high level.
