Nano Gym Pilates Elbląg

Nano Gym is a mod­ern train­ing stu­dio of­fer­ing group class­es in which every par­tic­i­pant ex­er­cis­es in­di­vid­u­al­ly, at their own pace and with a load suit­ed to them. The offer in­cludes re­former, pi­lates, barre, func­tion­al train­ing and yoga. Re­former train­ing is the foun­da­tion of the stu­dio's own method, com­bin­ing the pre­ci­sion of pi­lates, the strength of re­sis­tance train­ing, func­tion­al move­ment and breath­work. Class­es are led with a per­son­al ap­proach from the in­struc­tor to each par­tic­i­pant, and par­tic­i­pants re­ceive a mo­bile app to track their progress.
