Pilates Flow Gdańsk

Pilates Flow is an intimate pilates studio on reformers located in the southern part of Gdańsk, where movement becomes a form of self-care. The studio offers classes in small groups, individual sessions, and rollmassages that support recovery and relaxation. The studio's goal is mindful movement, a healthy spine, and well-being, achieved through an approach based on mindfulness and lightness, without pressure or haste.
