Pilates Flow is an intimate Pilates studio on reformers located in the southern part of Gdańsk, where movement becomes a form of self-care. The studio conducts classes in small groups, individual sessions, and offers roll massages supporting regeneration and relaxation. The studio's goal is conscious movement, a healthy spine, and well-being, realized through an approach based on mindfulness and lightness, without pressure and rush.
