Anya Yoga

Anya Yoga is a yoga school in Gli­wice, of­fer­ing a va­ri­ety of class­es for peo­ple of every age and every level of ad­vance­ment. The stu­dio em­pha­sizes har­mo­ny of body, mind and spir­it, which fos­ters achiev­ing inner peace and a bet­ter sense of well-being. Class­es are held in in­ti­mate groups by ex­pe­ri­enced teach­ers, which al­lows for an in­di­vid­ual ap­proach to each par­tic­i­pant.
