Stre­fa Jogi i Re­lak­su is an in­ti­mate yoga stu­dio run by en­thu­si­asts who have made yoga their way of life. The stu­dio of­fers both clas­sic class­es and those in­cor­po­rat­ing new trends in yoga, for adults, chil­dren, and youth in a warm, mind­ful at­mos­phere. In ad­di­tion to reg­u­lar class­es, the stu­dio or­ga­nizes fam­i­ly trips, wom­en's re­treats, and de­vel­op­men­tal pro­grams in yoga and mind­ful­ness. Every de­tail — from lead­ing the class­es to aro­mat­ic teas and post-prac­tice con­ver­sa­tions — is care­ful­ly planned so that par­tic­i­pants dis­cov­er yoga as a path to bal­ance, strength, and light­ness.
