Yoga Path - Isha Hatha Joga | Sadhguru

The studio offers classical Hatha Yoga in the teachings of Sadhguru, led by Julia Banaszkiewicz in the form of intensive weekend workshops. During classes, participants learn a complete practice that they can then perform independently at home, work, or while traveling. The studio believes in the timeless power of classical yoga practices as proven tools for deep development of potential – practice brings relief to the body through releasing tension and strengthening the spine, while simultaneously organizing energy, stabilizing the mind, and transforming the way of experiencing life.
