Intensive Aerial Yoga Instructor Course in Wrocław, held at TILO. It is aimed at people who want to experience the depth of Aerial Yoga practice, including therapeutic and restorative applications, and at those who want to become instructors and broaden their understanding of the practice. The course combines theory and practice and prepares participants to lead group classes in a wise and safe way.

  • Biomechanical aspects of working with the hammock – safety rules, motor and functional warm-up
  • Propaedeutics of teaching beginners' groups – key poses
  • Practical teaching of Aerial Yoga – lesson structures and methodology of building blocks
  • Asana Clinic – pose analysis, pose categories and sequences
  • Constructing a class unit and sequencing a balanced practice
  • Safety, maintenance and work organization rules
