The RYT 300 yoga teacher training course is the second level of education certified by Yoga Alliance, granting the title of RYT 500. It is conducted in a hybrid or 100% on-site format and covers three styles of yoga: Vinyasa, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yin. It is aimed at RYT 200 yoga teachers.
