Specialist course for Pilates instructors Prenatal and postnatal Pilates – the official course of the international Polestar Pilates school 17–18 October 📍 Studio MOSSA – official Polestar Pilates training centre Course description We invite you to a specialist course of the international Polestar Pilates school, created for Pilates instructors who want to develop their competences in working with women during pregnancy and after childbirth. This training combines solid theoretical knowledge with intensive, very practical workshop work, thanks to which you will not only understand the changes taking place during pregnancy and the postpartum period, but above all you will learn to safely, consciously and effectively conduct training for women at various stages of this process. A large emphasis is placed on practice and work on real cases, so that you can make quick and accurate decisions while leading live classes. The course shows how to create effective training plans for pregnant and postnatal women, how to select exercises and how to modify them depending on the stage of pregnancy, the client's condition and the symptoms that appear. During the course we work on commonly known Pilates exercises, showing: how to adapt them to prenatal and postnatal work what modifications to use depending on symptoms and limitations how to react quickly and safely change exercises during live classes how to build a training session that supports rather than burdens a woman during and after pregnancy\ The main axis of the training is work on the reformer, but we also use the mat and other Pilates equipment to show the full spectrum of possibilities for working with this group of clients – both in individual and group classes. This is a course that gives not only knowledge, but above all concrete tools, action schemes and confidence in making decisions when working with pregnant and postnatal women.
