OM Pilates Matwork Instructor is a comprehensive training course giving qualifications in Pilates Matwork and the OM Pilates Matwork Instructor Diploma. The course includes e-learning and on-site sessions and is aimed at fitness and yoga instructors, personal trainers, therapists of other bodywork modalities and people who want to gain Pilates Instructor qualifications from scratch.

4700 pln płatne w 2 ratach 1st installment – 2600 pln (payable before the first in-person session); 2nd installment before the 3rd in-person session (OM Pilates Personal) – 1500 pln; the amount of 600 pln payable at registration is included in the training cost; both prices include the costs of the exam, issuing the diploma, training materials, e-learning courses, in-person sessions; the prices do not include the costs of personal and group sessions or the first aid course

Knowledge of anatomy and physiology at a level allowing an understanding of the biomechanics of the exercises discussed in the training (knowledge of the muscular, skeletal and joint systems, etc.)
