Intensywne szkolenie z maty pilates obejmujące 24 z 34 autentycznych ćwiczeń Josepha Pilatesa na poziomie basic i intermediate, prowadzone w formie dwóch zjazdów. Skupia się na praktyce i przygotowuje do prowadzenia zajęć grupowych. Kończy się egzaminem nauczycielskim i otrzymaniem certyfikatu.
Zjazd 1 - 2200 zł, Zjazd 2 - 2200 zł Gross prices; invoice on request (email with details for the invoice); payment 2 weeks before each session. The price includes access to online materials on anatomy and biomechanics, a script in Polish, lunch, and coffee, tea and refreshments.
