Pilates Movimento

The stu­dio spe­cial­izes in health-fo­cused train­ing using the Pi­lates method, par­tic­u­lar­ly aimed at back and mus­cu­loskele­tal health. The in­struc­tor holds full STOTT Pi­lates cer­ti­fi­ca­tion (2018) and works with peo­ple ex­pe­ri­enc­ing spinal pain, disc her­ni­a­tion, sco­l­io­sis, pos­tur­al de­fects, and pa­tients after or­tho­pe­dic surg­eries. With over 15 years of ex­pe­ri­ence work­ing with peo­ple strug­gling with dis­com­fort and pain, the stu­dio of­fers an in­di­vid­ual ap­proach to every par­tic­i­pant at all lev­els of ad­vance­ment.
