Stu­dio of­fers a va­ri­ety of yoga class­es held in a room at ul. Stasz­i­ca 1a in Ło­mi­an­ki, in close prox­im­i­ty to the ICDS sports hall and swim­ming pool. Class­es in­clude Vinyasa, Fas­cia Yoga, Ther­a­peu­tic Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yoga for Se­niors, and Laugh­ter Yoga, con­duct­ed both in-per­son and on­line for in­di­vid­ual clients and cor­po­ra­tions. The in­struc­tor is a cer­ti­fied yoga teacher with ex­pe­ri­ence since 2019, hold­ing qual­i­fi­ca­tions from the In­ter­na­tion­al In­sti­tute of In­te­gral Yoga and Yoga Al­liance, with con­tin­u­ous com­mit­ment to im­prov­ing their skills.
