A boutique pilates studio offering group and individual classes tailored to the needs of each participant. The studio works in intimate groups of five, ensuring the instructor's full attention for each person. The practice is based on monthly cycles with equipment rotation — reformer, mat, wunda chair, unit wall and small equipment — enabling comprehensive training that develops strength, stability and lightness.
