Studio IQ Pilates offers two training systems that let you choose the right exercise model tailored to individual needs. The classes affect the appearance of the body, how it functions and how you feel, and the studio promotes a holistic approach to health and well-being. According to the studio's method, regular training brings visible effects: after 10 classes a participant feels the difference, after 20 they see it, and after 30 they experience a complete transformation of the body.
