Yoga Ruch Emoc­je, a school of yoga and mind­ful body­work in Raszyn, led by cer­ti­fied teacher Marta (E-RYT 200, pre­na­tal yoga E-RYT 80, Aer­i­al yoga), of­fers class­es in in­ti­mate groups of no more than 10 peo­ple. The stu­dio com­bines mind­ful move­ment, breath and re­lax­ation, work­ing with the body, the ner­vous sys­tem and ten­sion, and its prac­tices are char­ac­terised by flu­id­i­ty and at­ten­tion to the breath. The offer also in­cludes yoga re­treats and body­work work­shops based on move­ment and dance, aimed main­ly at women.
