Syl­wia Henku­lak-Matysi­ak is a RYT 200 yoga teacher in the Yoga Al­liance stan­dard and an in­struc­tor of yoga for chil­dren, teenagers and fam­i­lies. The stu­dio of­fers week­ly class­es in small groups, based on calm Hatha Yoga in­spired by Iyen­gar Yoga with el­e­ments of Yin Yoga and Restora­tive Yoga, as well as med­i­ta­tion prac­tices and breath­ing tech­niques. A strong em­pha­sis is placed on move­ment syn­chro­nized with the breath and aware­ness of one's own body. Class­es take place in a per­fect­ly equipped room that en­sures calm and com­fort of prac­tice.
