Studio Ruchu Zamkowa

Stu­dio Ruchu Zamkowa is a bou­tique space in the cen­ter of Rzeszów ded­i­cat­ed to re­turn­ing to the body, breath, and au­then­tic move­ment. The stu­dio of­fers a va­ri­ety of forms of mind­ful move­ment for women, men, and chil­dren, led by a team of ex­perts in holis­tic body­work. A place cre­at­ed for every­one, re­gard­less of ex­pe­ri­ence level, where move­ment be­comes a form of re­gen­er­a­tion, ex­pres­sion, and con­tact with one­self. The stu­dio builds a com­mu­ni­ty that sup­ports a re­turn to well-being, bal­ance, and inner har­mo­ny.
