The studio offers reformer pilates in Gdańsk and Sopot, combining body awareness with a strong core and light breath. Six class formats are available, divided into two paths: the classic pilates method (Pilates Reformer I, II, II+) and dynamic fitness training on the reformer (Abs & Booty Reformer, Power Reformer, Intense Reformer). The studio welcomes both beginners and experienced participants, providing professional care from an instructor who will introduce everyone to the world of working on the reformer. The studio's community brings together people who love movement and want to develop their pilates practice.
