The studio offers reformer pilates in Gdańsk and Sopot, combining body awareness with strong core and light breathing. Six class formats are available divided into two paths: classical pilates method (Pilates Reformer I, II, II+) and dynamic fitness training on the reformer (Abs & Booty Reformer, Power Reformer, Intense Reformer). The studio welcomes both beginners and experienced participants, providing professional instructor care who will introduce each person to the world of reformer work. The studio community brings together people who love movement and want to develop their pilates practice.
