Szkoła Jogi Pema (Joga Pema)

Stu­dio lo­cat­ed in the city cen­ter on Bo­haterów Wrześ­nia 80/3 of­fers yoga class­es in a spa­cious, bright room with a wood­en floor, equipped with full in­fra­struc­ture (chang­ing rooms, toi­lets with show­er, ex­er­cise aids cor­ner). Class­es last­ing one and a half hours are di­vid­ed into two dif­fi­cul­ty lev­els adapt­ed to the ex­pe­ri­ence and fit­ness of par­tic­i­pants, in­clud­ing cy­cles of sit­ting, stand­ing and lying asanas, for­ward bends, back­bends, in­vert­ed po­si­tions, twists and final re­lax­ation. Each class be­gins with mind prepa­ra­tion through aware­ness of here and now, and ends with deep re­lax­ation. The stu­dio in­vites every­one who wants to de­vel­op inner dis­ci­pline while car­ing for gen­tle­ness and un­der­stand­ing to­wards them­selves.
