Szkoła Jogi Pema (Joga Pema)

The stu­dio is lo­cat­ed in the city cen­tre at 80/3 Bo­haterów Wrześ­nia Street and of­fers yoga class­es in a spa­cious, bright room with a wood­en floor, equipped with full fa­cil­i­ties (chang­ing rooms, toi­lets with show­ers, a cor­ner with ex­er­cise props). The one-and-a-half-hour lessons are di­vid­ed into two lev­els of dif­fi­cul­ty adapt­ed to the ex­pe­ri­ence and fit­ness of the prac­ti­tion­ers, cov­er­ing cy­cles of seat­ed, stand­ing and lying asanas, for­ward bends, back­bends, in­vert­ed poses, twists and a final re­lax­ation. Each class be­gins with prepar­ing the mind through aware­ness of the here and now, and ends with deep re­lax­ation. The stu­dio in­vites every­one who wants to de­vel­op inner dis­ci­pline while also cul­ti­vat­ing gen­tle­ness and un­der­stand­ing to­wards them­selves.
