Ośrodek CUD Grochów is a de­vel­op­ment and ed­u­ca­tion stu­dio that of­fers com­pre­hen­sive sup­port for peo­ple seek­ing per­son­al growth as well as those in cri­sis. Based on a holis­tic ap­proach to the human being as an in­te­gral whole of body, mind and soul, the stu­dio com­bines body work, ex­pand­ing knowl­edge and ex­pe­ri­ence, and ex­plor­ing spir­i­tu­al­i­ty. The cen­tre's de­vel­op­ment ac­tiv­i­ties aim to bring calm, har­mo­ny and bal­ance, and to im­prove func­tion­ing in cho­sen areas of life.
