Joga Sztuka Życia

Studio Joga Sztuka Życia promotes a healthy and harmonious lifestyle through regular classes, workshops and yoga retreats. Classes are led by a certified yoga teacher according to the B.K.S. Iyengar method and a physiotherapist who has been practicing yoga since 1999 and deepened her knowledge at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune. The studio teaches participants how to live in harmony with nature and themselves, combining the traditional Iyengar approach with a therapeutic approach to practice.
