Studio Harmonia

The stu­dio, run by a Mas­ter of Phys­io­ther­a­py and a Pi­lates in­struc­tor, of­fers com­pre­hen­sive health care with an em­pha­sis on spinal pain ther­a­py and spinal health pre­ven­tion through train­ing that strength­ens pos­tur­al mus­cles. Its spe­cial­iza­tions also in­clude Lomi Lomi re­lax­ation mas­sage, mas­sage for preg­nant women, and post­par­tum re­vi­tal­iza­tion. The stu­dio's staff ap­proach each pa­tient in­di­vid­u­al­ly and holis­ti­cal­ly, striv­ing to iden­ti­fy the caus­es of health prob­lems, draw­ing on many years of ex­pe­ri­ence gained in Poland and Cana­da.
