Institut Pilates offers group classes and individual training based on the renowned Stott Pilates® method. The studio has a wide range of equipment, including reformers, towers, chairs, barrels and mats with accessories, as well as a ballet barre. It specializes in fascia gymnastics, corrective training and classes for people with neurological problems such as Parkinson's disease and disc disorders, and also conducts specialized training for athletes and people with chronic back pain. Institut Pilates provides its services to people who want to maintain good health and physical fitness.
