The stu­dio spe­cial­izes in teach­ing Pi­lates on mats and equip­ment for over a dozen years, com­bin­ing a pas­sion for move­ment, health, and strength. It works in small groups and in­di­vid­u­al­ly with healthy peo­ple and those with move­ment and ner­vous sys­tem dys­func­tions, im­prov­ing the qual­i­ty of their daily life and teach­ing new move­ment pat­terns. Pi­lates is per­ceived here as a way to a more vital every­day life, ex­cel­lent body aware­ness, and broad­ly un­der­stood health. The stu­dio is lo­cat­ed in three rooms on Racław­ic­ka Street 11/5 in Wrocław's Krzy­ki dis­trict.
