Fizjopi­lates Stu­dio, found­ed in 2011 by phys­io­ther­a­pist Mał­gorza­ta Podgórs­ka, is one of the longest-op­er­at­ing Pi­lates stu­dios in Wrocław. The stu­dio com­bines Joseph Pi­lates' orig­i­nal method with knowl­edge of phys­io­ther­a­py and ki­ne­sither­a­py, pro­vid­ing safe and ef­fec­tive train­ing tai­lored in­di­vid­u­al­ly to each per­son­'s needs. Class­es are con­duct­ed in small groups, duets, in­di­vid­u­al­ly, and on­line on pro­fes­sion­al Bal­anced Body equip­ment, and the stu­dio has lo­ca­tions in Wrocław, Sokolec, and Łeba.
