Forma Klub Zielonka

Fit­ness Klub Forma is a mod­ern Pre­mi­um class fit­ness club cre­at­ed for peo­ple for whom move­ment and health are im­por­tant el­e­ments of life. The stu­dio of­fers a com­pre­hen­sive offer in­clud­ing car­dio, re­lax­ation, play, TRX, re­ha­bil­i­ta­tion, so­lar­i­um, per­son­al train­ing, box­ing and func­tion­al train­ing zones. The club pro­vides both spaces for in­di­vid­ual ex­er­cis­es and group class­es, en­sur­ing com­pre­hen­sive sup­port for all lev­els of ad­vance­ment.
