The studio specializes in working with emotional tension stored in the body, using conscious bodywork, breath, and nervous system regulation. The instructor, with over 25 years of experience in manual techniques and deepening knowledge of yoga, relaxation, and the somatic approach, supports the process of tension regulation and a return to physical and emotional balance. The studio creates a safe space in which the body can regain a sense of calm, safety, and connection with itself, especially for people experiencing chronic stress and overload.
