Joga Oddechu

The stu­dio spe­cial­izes in work­ing with emo­tion­al ten­sion stored in the body, using con­scious body­work, breath­work, and ner­vous sys­tem reg­u­la­tion. The prac­ti­tion­er, with over 25 years of ex­pe­ri­ence in man­u­al tech­niques and deep­en­ing knowl­edge in the fields of yoga, re­lax­ation, and so­mat­ic ap­proach­es, sup­ports the process of ten­sion reg­u­la­tion and the re­turn to phys­i­cal and emo­tion­al bal­ance. The stu­dio cre­ates a safe space in which the body can re­gain a sense of calm, safe­ty, and con­nec­tion with it­self, es­pe­cial­ly for peo­ple ex­pe­ri­enc­ing chron­ic stress and over­load.
