Yoga School 12 asanas is an intimate space where you can learn yoga practice from scratch, at all levels of advancement. The classes emphasize strengthening and making the body flexible, as well as calming the mind and concentration. It offers full relaxation and the opportunity to find inner peace.

Course: Restorative yoga + nidra: 6 Sep - 8 Dec 2026 An advanced course for people who have taken the “yoga nidra” course or for people who have mindfulness practices such as meditation, mindfulness or yoga nidra in their practice. I invite you to 10 sessions of deep immersion in the state of withdrawal of the senses that is yoga nidra. Each class will begin with a restorative asana, i.e. a deeply relaxing one, and then we will move on to yoga nidra in a lying position. The guiding theme of our journey will be the yamas and niyamas – the yogic moral foundations and attitudes to life. This will be a very practical course. Come to quieten down, relax and regenerate. Moreover, yoga nidra also has the potential to transform more deeply rooted patterns that guide our lives.
