Stu­dio Esto is an in­no­v­a­tive, in­ti­mate pi­lates stu­dio in Częs­to­chowa that of­fers pro­fes­sion­al train­ing under the guid­ance of a cer­ti­fied train­er. It spe­cial­izes in the Josef Pi­lates ex­er­cise sys­tem, help­ing to strength­en mus­cles, im­prove body flex­i­bil­i­ty and cor­rect pos­tur­al de­fects in a re­lax­ing at­mos­phere. The stu­dio was found­ed out of a pas­sion for healthy move­ment, of­fer­ing move­ment ther­a­py as the key to bet­ter health and well-being.
