The class­es main­ly in­clude Vinyasa Krama and Hatha Yoga, sup­ple­ment­ed with el­e­ments of Ash­tan­ga Yoga, My­ofas­cial Yoga, and Face Yoga. The stu­dio pro­vides a safe and com­fort­able en­vi­ron­ment for all par­tic­i­pants and also of­fers spe­cial class­es for chil­dren and youth.
