The stu­dio of­fers in­di­vid­ual Ayurvedic con­sul­ta­tions, in which health prob­lems are analysed using a holis­tic ap­proach in line with the cen­turies-old tra­di­tion of Ayurve­da. Dur­ing the meet­ing, a de­tailed health and lifestyle in­ter­view is con­duct­ed, the Ayurvedic con­sti­tu­tion (Prakri­ti) and cur­rent im­bal­ances (Vikri­ti) are de­ter­mined. Based on the di­ag­no­sis, in­di­vid­ual rec­om­men­da­tions are pre­pared cov­er­ing nu­tri­tion, daily rhythm, sleep, phys­i­cal ac­tiv­i­ty, stress re­duc­tion and the use of nat­ur­al meth­ods to sup­port the body. Clients re­ceive writ­ten rec­om­men­da­tions that make it eas­i­er to in­tro­duce changes into every­day life.
