The stu­dio con­ducts yoga class­es based on the B.K.S. IYEN­GAR method, char­ac­ter­ized by ex­cep­tion­al at­ten­tion to the pre­ci­sion of asana ex­e­cu­tion and con­scious work with all parts of the body. This method em­pha­sizes mind­ful en­gage­ment of the en­tire or­gan­ism, es­pe­cial­ly those areas that re­quire the great­est care, rather than mere­ly stretch­ing or in­creas­ing range of mo­tion. In ac­cor­dance with the phi­los­o­phy of yoga, the prac­tice is a process of get­ting to know one's own mind through work with the body, an inner jour­ney in which the prac­ti­tion­er con­tin­u­al­ly dis­cov­ers new as­pects of them­selves. The stu­dio val­ues di­rect con­fronta­tion of one's own be­liefs with the facts ex­pe­ri­enced on the mat and be­yond it.
