Project Balance

The stu­dio of­fers yoga tai­lored to the in­di­vid­ual needs and abil­i­ties of clients, based on vinyasa and hatha styles. Class­es com­bine work with the body with breath­ing ex­er­cis­es (pranaya­ma), which sup­port con­cen­tra­tion, re­duce ten­sion and stress. Lessons are com­posed with gen­er­al body fit­ness and spinal health in mind, with par­tic­u­lar em­pha­sis on strength­en­ing the deep core mus­cles and work­ing on pos­ture.
