Barre Training

This training is designed for Pilates instructors, fitness trainers, dancers and movement enthusiasts who want to learn the Barre Pilates method and expand their knowledge with new tools for working with the body. The programme combines elements of Pilates, ballet, functional training and mindful work with posture and movement quality. During the training, participants learn the technique of exercises at the barre, the principles of correct body alignment and the practical application of Barre elements in various forms of movement training. The training covers theoretical knowledge and practical experience of the Barre method, with particular emphasis on movement quality, body awareness, stabilisation, posture and precision of exercise execution.
