Sports Club TKKF OSA in Otwock has been running a sports acrobatics section since 2009, offering training for children aged 4 to 18. The studio focuses on developing motor skills such as strength, speed, coordination, flexibility and endurance, which form the foundation of every sports discipline. After appropriate preparation, participants learn acrobatic elements from basic somersaults and headstands to advanced flips, twists and combinations of elements into path routines. The curriculum is based on the coaching staff's experience in the methodology of path jump training and motor preparation, gained through thousands of hours of training and workshops.
